VN Services' Project Management Auditing assists our clients
in implementing the controls necessary to ensure their project is successful.
The process requires establishing and/or reviewing project controls.
These are critical because they allow a client to identify potential
issues before they become problems and help ensure that a project is
profitable, on purpose.
Project Management Auditing includes:
- reviewing a client's current office and field practices
- evaluation of those practices, indicating
strengths, weaknesses and recommendations for the future
- implementation of improvements to include project monitoring and
procedure modification
