VN Services' Project Controls and Claims Division provides our
clients with services to help maintain control of their projects and
support their position in the event of a dispute or claim. Among the
services provided by our Project Controls and Claims division are:
VN Services assists our clients in establishing and maintaining the
controls and the accompanying documentation for their projects. These
policies and procedures communicate and confirm the projects status
to the company, and in the event of a dispute or claim situation,
they provide the foundation for either the resolution or the demonstration
of our client’s case.
