Seeking an individual who has a desire to analyze construction projects
in the areas of project scheduling, project delay and project cost
overruns, and be willing to provide expert testimony on those subjects.
Applicant must have a college degree in engineering, construction
or business, and have 10 to 15 years of experience in the construction
industry with some direct field experience. Must be able to create
and maintain complex project schedules. Must be knowledgeable of
project controls, primarily scheduling, cost control, and project
documentation. Must be a self-motivated problem solver and be able
to travel. Certifications are a plus (Project Management Institute,
American institute of Constructors, American Association of Cost
Engineering, etc.).
